You will practice these strategies that are essential components of staff working better together. This series is beneficial to teacher-leaders (general and special education staff), managers, directors, and coaches.

In addition, your Team will receive a total of 3 follow up coaching sessions uniquely geared to your needs and goals.

We will work with you: leaders, directors, administrators, managers, and coordinators to organize, plan and build effective, sustainable teaming and leadership strategies to reach your specific goals.

Improve your Swimming with Leadership Coaching and Technical Assistance!​

Are you putting out squabbles or little fires and have no time left for big picture changes? You have some collaboration and teaming practices but find not much change or effect. We will work with you: leaders, directors, administrators, managers, and coordinators to organize, plan and build effective, sustainable teaming and leadership strategies to reach your specific goals.

In this package we will provide technical assistance and coaching to co-plan with you and your leaders (2-5 people) building a dynamic, cohesive leadership team that works together to make lasting changes in your program. We will provide a focus on building leadership capacity in coordination with systemic evaluation, planning and support to implement teaming practices throughout the program.

6 sessions, 90 min each, x 2 people (1 hr prep, 1 hr follow up, 1 hour coaching +) ~~ $175 per hour $4200

  • Initial data gathering and planning meeting with Administrators, Directors, Principals
  • 3 sessions focused on leadership and systemic evaluation of your team and your program
  • 2 follow-up coaching sessions to review feedback, responses, create and action plan for moving forward.

Transform your entire program to be a highly effective, dynamic team. Create a healthy work community that promotes professionalism and boosts staff satisfaction.

Use our system-wide approach that is research and evidence-based with sustainable practices, designed to reach your long term goals. We will help you initiate new practices/policies, starting small, identifying benchmarks, and gathering data, and embedding reflective practices. The Package would include: initial and ongoing joint planning, customization, skills-based training, action planning and follow-up, leadership team development, administrative coaching and support, site visits, data informed decision making and collection. Method of delivery may be virtual, in-person, remote, and/or online.

In this package, we work with you to identify your strengths and how to capitalize on them. You will identify your own priorities, problems and solutions related to working well together and promoting high quality early childhood practices. Programs and individual teams will create an Action Plan to reach joint goals. Dynamic Coaching Systems consultants will follow your program’s lead; be responsive to interactions; coach and facilitate the exploration of problems, solutions, and Action Plans. We believe each program has the inherent expertise to build a dynamic and effective team.

  • Contract 6 -12 months for joint planning, facilitation of Leadership Team, ongoing training, coaching, support, and data collection (contact us for a quote, price depends on size of program and teams)
