About Dynamic Coaching Systems
The Principal Partners of Dynamic Coaching Systems LLC have over 75 years of combined expertise in the field of early childhood education. They have worked with state and national programs including Universities, Colorado’s public schools and district administrations, over 100 Regional and 53 Tribal Head Start and Early Head Start programs, and public and private early education programs. They have presented at multiple state and national conferences as invited keynotes and speakers.
Janet Humphryes, M.A.
Janet is co-founder, principal coach and consultant for Dynamic Coaching Systems. She is also an instructor at the University of Colorado Denver teaching the Early Childhood Coaching Certificate, which she worked with a team to design in 2010.
Janet has over 45 years of experience developing federal, state and Tribal early education systems, and early childhood organizations. She has also educated staff and parents as a consultant and coach, national Technical Assistance Specialist, EC Program Director, college adjunct faculty, teacher and advocate volunteer. Janet led the team that developed Colorado’s original Quality Rating System and was a founding member of the Colorado Coaching Consortium. She has a Masters’ Degree in Early Childhood Education from UCD, an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences, and an international AMI Montessori teaching credential.
Kristen Klaassen, M.A.
Kristen is co-founder, principal coach and consultant for Dynamic Coaching Systems. She is also an instructor at the University of Colorado Denver teaching the Early Childhood Coaching Certificate, which she worked with a team to design in 2010.
Kristen is a Preschool Professional Learning Specialist for the Colorado Department of Education, working with school districts, BOCES systems and staff to improve teaming between regular and special education leading to better outcomes for all preschool children. She has over 30 years of experience working with systems, children and teaching staff in the public sector, as a special education teacher, University faculty member, trainer, private consultant, and coach. She is also the president of a non-profit in Colorado. Kristen has a Masters’ Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from UCD.
